MY TRAVELS IN
Netherlands
When to go?
Winter
From December to February, it is cold but not freezing, with average temperatures ranging from 2.5 ° C in the north to 4 ° C on the southwest coast.
In periods in which Atlantic currents prevail, the weather is mild, with highs above 10 degrees, but also rainy and windy, while when high pressure prevails, the weather can be gray and foggy.
Summer
From June to August, temperatures are generally pleasant, but the sun doesn’t shine very often. On average, the maximum fluctuates around 22/23 degrees in most of the country and around 21 ° C on the coast, and generally reaches 30/32 degrees only for two to three days a month.
Spring
From March to May, it is a cool season, and temperatures slowly rise. Snow showers can still occur in April, while in early May the maximum temperatures can remain around 10 ° C. In May, the average maximum temperatures are still around 18 degrees.
Autumn
It is initially pleasant in September, especially in the first half, and then becomes progressively colder, cloudy and rainy, with frequent winds.
